If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Job Summary** The individual will be responsible for managing COD (Cash on Delivery) surpluses and shortages collected by drivers and supporting certain internal COD-related inquiries. The COD team works collaboratively to ensure all COD tasks (incoming/outgoing mail, mail preparation, sorting, processing, COD exceptions, and banking processes) are completed timely. Each team member must be available to train on other COD tasks and be prepared to support wherever needed to ensure customers continue receiving high-quality COD service. **Responsibilities:** * Reconcile debits and credits daily. Follow up with internal and external customers as needed. * Contact centers daily via email and phone as needed to resolve outstanding items. * Work with centers to resolve irregular payments. * Work with customers as needed. * Make decisions prioritizing workload to ensure issues are addressed promptly. **Education and Work Experience:** * Professional degree in administrative fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Finance and Accounting / Customer Service. **Other Job Requirements:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Accounting knowledge — Preferred. **Languages:** * English — 80% **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
