Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer to manage technology projects, configure equipment, and coordinate field personnel, with a focus on telecommunications and electronic security. A company in the telecommunications and electronic security sector is seeking a professional with a degree in telecommunications engineering, electronic systems engineering, or related fields to serve as a Project Engineer. REQUIREMENTS: \* Graduate in telecommunications engineering, electronic systems engineering, or related disciplines \* 2 years of certified experience in technology companies or technology projects \* Experience managing field personnel \* Knowledge of networks, telecommunications, CCTV, and electronic security \* Leadership, organizational skills, and conflict resolution ability MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Submit project progress reports. · Understand and operate equipment to be deployed per project for proper configuration and commissioning, where applicable. · Maintain equipment inventory control and matrix of deployed equipment concentration. · Continuously manage and interact with field personnel and/or clients, providing concise explanations of implemented solutions. · Process warranty claims for defective equipment, notify immediate supervisor, and arrange physical shipment of equipment when applicable. · Prepare reports for each executed project and corresponding work plans for future maintenance. · Learn and research emerging technologies for implementation. · Enforce security controls across active projects (user accounts, passwords, access profiles, etc.). · Track and submit project-related expenses (per diems, transportation, accommodation, material purchases, etc.). · Perform backups of project evidence or support documentation (configurations, delivery certificates, photographs, etc.). · Always wear official company identification (ID badge, vest, shirt, etc.). · Properly use personal protective equipment for safe work at heights (harness, goggles, helmet, etc.). All other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Contract: Fixed-term for 6 months (renewable) Salary: 3\.500\.000 to 4\.000\.000 Immediate availability. Workplace: On-site employment
