The lawyer with whom we establish this collaboration will be our trusted legal ally to address specific needs arising within the scope of our operations as a microenterprise in the services sector. **Main responsibilities:** * Drafting, reviewing, and/or updating contracts. * Basic labor advisory. * Reviewing and adjusting commercial contracts with clients. * Guidance on intellectual property and trademark use issues. * Preventive legal assistance to minimize legal and contractual risks. **Required profile:** * Law professional with active professional card in Colombia. * Demonstrable experience in labor, civil, and commercial law applied to microenterprises or SMEs. * Desirable: knowledge of regulations related to OHS-MS or technical consulting. * Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly, practically, and accessibly. * Availability to provide monthly advisory services or upon specific request. **Work modality:** * Remote work, with in-person meetings when required. **Contract terms:** * Fees negotiable according to experience and availability.
