Opportunity for growth and continuous learning. **Quality Manager** **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of Gastronomie France’s internal processes, guaranteeing organized, efficient operations aligned with the company’s quality standards within a dynamic and continuously growing environment. Required Profile * Professional or final-semester student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in processes, quality, operations, or administrative auditing. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and process-tracking tools. * CRM experience and indicator management are desirable. Main Responsibilities * Update and document internal processes. * Monitor compliance with protocols and proper CRM usage. * Identify opportunities for operational improvement. * Support internal audits and quality control. * Track PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions) and propose corrective actions. * Generate management reports and performance indicators. * Support training on internal processes and standards.
