Contributes to the efficiency and continuity of logistics operations. **TRANSPORTATION ANALYST** We seek a professional with attention to detail, analytical capability, and organizational skills, responsible for providing operational and administrative support to transportation management, ensuring information reliability, operational tracking, and control of vehicle fleet-related processes. Must possess data analysis skills, report preparation ability, performance indicator (KPI) monitoring expertise, and proficiency in office software tools, contributing to the efficiency and continuity of logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Register, consolidate, and manage operational transportation process information, ensuring data quality and timeliness. 2\. Perform tabulation, validation, and updating of databases related to logistics operations. 3\. Execute administrative control and tracking of the vehicle fleet, verifying adherence to scheduling and reporting operational incidents. 4\. Manage registration, control, reconciliation, and tracking of transportation service invoicing. Monitor and analyze transportation area management indicators (KPIs). 5\. Identify, document, and report incidents, deviations, or anomalies occurring during operations, performing follow-up until resolution. 6\. Support generation of reports for decision-making and continuous improvement of logistics processes. Maintain up-to-date transportation operation records and documentation.
