If you enjoy coordinating tasks, tracking projects, working with campaigns, influencers, product launches, and contributing to the successful execution of each initiative, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your mission?** Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing department, ensuring timely tracking of campaigns, projects, timelines, vendors, influencers, and strategic activities that strengthen the positioning and growth of our brands. **Key Responsibilities** ✔ Coordinate and track campaigns, product launches, and brand activations. ✔ Manage timelines, pending items, deliverables, and team requests. ✔ Track shipments, deliveries, and brand collaborations. ✔ Maintain up-to-date databases, reports, and department documentation. ✔ Consolidate information for performance indicators and management reports. ✔ Coordinate vendors and support the execution of marketing projects. ✔ Ensure order, control, and organization of internal information and processes. **What are we looking for?** * Technical or technological degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, e-commerce, advertising, or other marketing-related areas. * Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and digital tools. * Excellent writing, spelling, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
