Provide timely solutions to internal and external users regarding incidents or technological issues, ensuring service continuity and efficiency. **Academic Qualifications** * Professional in **Systems Engineering, Network Engineering**, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in roles related to application administration or management. * Prior experience leading technology teams or projects is desirable. **Specialized Knowledge** * Proficiency in **programming languages**. * Familiarity with **agile methodologies**. * Support for **administrative processes** (internal and external customers). **General Responsibilities** * Develop and propose strategic plans aligned with the Cooperative’s overall objectives. * Lead the administration of the Cooperative’s applications, ensuring their proper operation, integration, and evolution. * Manage inquiries and incidents from internal and external users, maintaining high service standards. * Prepare periodic project progress reports and present results to management. * Identify team training needs and propose actions for staff professional development. **Required Competencies and Skills** * Results-oriented. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail, organization, and clarity. * Member- and service-oriented. * Leadership.
