Responsibilities: * Support the planning, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of technological infrastructure resources. * Provide technical support for incidents reported by administrative staff at the assigned location. * Record hardware updates for the Coltejer, Santa Rosa, and telecommuting sites, according to the established workflow. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, peripherals, and applications. * Address technology-related requests through the institutional service desk.
