A leading mattress industry company is currently recruiting a commercial profile to join its sales point team. The company is organizing a major home fair and requires professionals with strong sales and customer service orientation, capable of advising customers on selecting sleep products. The position includes responsibilities as a commercial advisor, store leader, and rotational leader (based on experience), with direct accountability for customer service, sales management, and proper store operations. This role is located in Medellín, and hiring will be conducted through an immediate recruitment process targeting candidates with solid, demonstrable experience in retail and the modern sector. What do we offer? Base salary equivalent to the current legal minimum wage plus all statutory benefits and the mandatory transportation allowance. Estimated monthly average salary between 3 and 4 million Colombian pesos, fully inclusive of statutory benefits, depending on achieved sales results. Uncapped performance-based commissions linked to sales volume. Overtime and surcharge payments in accordance with current labor legislation, including compensation for work performed on Sundays and holidays. Work schedule from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week, respecting both labor regulations and store operational planning. What profile are we looking for? Candidate with completed high school education (bachillerato), providing sufficient foundational training to handle the administrative and commercial tasks of the daily role. Solid and verifiable experience in the modern sector and retail, including hands-on involvement in store operations and direct service to end consumers. Prior experience in face-to-face sales, with ability to articulate product benefits, handle objections, and close transactions effectively.
