Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to perform cleaning and waste management tasks across various areas of a family entertainment center. Key Highlights: 1. Education Level: Fifth grade of elementary school, ninth grade, or high school diploma. What We Are Looking For?: Mixed-gender candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in general services roles within any company (not private households) Position to Be Filled: General Services Assistant Responsibilities: Performs cleaning duties in all areas, including theaters, concession stands, box offices, restrooms, offices, lobbies, projection rooms, and other areas (warehouses or circulation zones) Uses the cleaning tools specified in the area’s cleaning manual Follows established procedures for handling and consolidating solid waste from the theater What We Offer?: COP 2,000,000 (hourly rate: COP 7,950), subject to actual hours worked. COP 250,000 transportation allowance, extra-legal benefits, Sunday and holiday surcharges, night shift surcharges, bonuses, severance pay, vacation time, health insurance, pension, occupational risk insurance (ARL), and family compensation fund. Access to employee loan programs, including credit lines, eyeglass assistance, educational support, medication assistance, and domestic emergency assistance, plus commercial agreements and gym access.
