




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized apprentice to support HR processes, provide administrative assistance, and collaborate on daily tasks within the hospitality sector. A well-established company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Technical or Technological Apprentice in Human Talent Management, Administration, or related fields, with immediate availability to begin their practical training phase—or at the latest, next month. We seek a proactive individual with a high level of organization and proficiency in Excel—ideal for supporting HR department processes and providing administrative support to the Accounting department in daily operational management. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Please apply only if you meet 100%): Be authorized by your educational institution to begin the Practical Training Phase immediately—or no later than next month. Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract (this must be your first apprenticeship contract). Your educational institution or university must have a cooperation agreement for SENA quota validation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize, update, and sequentially number the department’s files and employee records in an orderly manner. Support onboarding logistics for new hires, attendance tracking, scheduling, and tabulation of evaluations from training sessions. Assist in drafting, updating, and compiling functional manuals. Support procurement requests to suppliers for equipment, uniforms, stationery, and other departmental items. Assist in posting job openings on employment portals, performing initial screening of resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, and providing support throughout various stages of the selection process. Provide support in managing Excel databases, organizing financial/administrative information, handling email correspondence, and performing other day-to-day operational tasks. Provide operational and administrative support for emergent daily tasks to ensure continuity and smooth operation of the department. CONDITIONS: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (adjusted according to the maximum legal working hours permitted for the practical training phase).
