




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Operational Coordinator for an environmental services and logistics company to lead operational teams, coordinate resources, and ensure customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technician degree or students pursuing degrees in industrial engineering, logistics, environmental engineering, administration, production, and/or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions, leading and coordinating operational work teams such as forklift operators and production operators in manufacturing plants. Responsibilities: Promptly address customer requirements and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Fulfill all commitments agreed upon in contracts or SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with assigned customers. Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure smooth operations across assigned plants. Train personnel under supervision on topics scheduled by the organization (job-specific training). Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace incidents and accidents. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or company executives.
