Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage customer satisfaction, control costs, and coordinate operations at waste collection centers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages resources and coordinates activities at waste collection centers. 2. Seeks operational efficiencies and fulfills contractual commitments. 3. Ensures customer satisfaction and zero-accident operations. A prominent company in the waste management sector is currently seeking: Technical or technological graduates, or students pursuing degrees in industrial engineering, logistics, production, environmental studies, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. WORKING HOURS: (6 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday; lunch break: 1 hour; 20-minute rest break; Saturdays: 8 AM to 12 PM) SALARY: COP 1,981,512 + Statutory Benefits + Client-reported bonus Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction, cost control, and smooth operations through appropriate resource management and coordination of activities at waste collection centers, continuously improving operational efficiency and fulfilling contractual obligations, maintaining zero-accident operations and complying with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. Respond promptly to customer requests and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Fulfill all commitments agreed upon in contracts or SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with assigned clients.
