Job Summary: You will be responsible for generating reports, insights, and analyses of commercial, customer, supplier, and process-related information to support informed decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Generating insights and knowledge to support internal processes. 2. Automating and optimizing reports for continuous improvement. 3. Referencing new practices and market trends in data analysis. MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE ANALYST You will be responsible for generating reports, insights, and analyses of commercial, customer, supplier, and process-related information using data management and visualization tools to ensure operational continuity and informed decision-making. Responsibilities: • Prepare agreed-upon reports for the client to support operations affected by these reports. • Enhance the information provided in reports sent to clients to increase the impact of the data delivered. • Continuously automate and optimize reports according to new market analytics tools to ensure data quality, continuous process improvement, and client satisfaction. • Reference new market practices and trends related to data analysis and the use of emerging technologies to implement best practices within departmental processes. • Generate insights and knowledge to support processes in understanding the results delivered. • Assist and/or accompany streams during operational committees, helping identify improvement plans, progress updates, alerts, and other initiatives arising from data review. Work Location: Medellín / Hybrid Essential Requirements: • University graduate or final-semester student in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. • Two years of experience handling databases, data analysis, visualization tools, Python programming, information reporting, and analytics knowledge (desirable). • Proficiency in Office tools: PowerPoint, Word. • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). • Desirable: Python, SQL, and AI tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, Gem creation).
