Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser with experience in inventory management, product display, and commercial skills to ensure brand visibility and proper product rotation. Key Highlights: 1. Manage brand display and visibility at the point of sale 2. Apply FIFO rotation to ensure product freshness 3. Implement promotional activities and POP materials We are looking for a Merchandiser PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent experience in marketing, inventory management, and product display (preferably in large retail chains or specialized channels). Skills: Negotiation, persuasion, assertive communication, and excellent commercial attitude. Knowledge: Assortment management, FIFO (FEFO) rotation, and POP materials. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure cleanliness, proper stock levels, brand visibility, and correct price labeling. Apply product rotation under the FIFO system to prevent expirations and ensure freshness. Implement promotional activities, manage POP materials, and execute in-store incentives. Communicate product features, pricing, and perform merchandising support activities as required. Coordinate with store managers to secure optimal shelf space and additional displays. Keep operations informed about product availability and in-store updates. WORKING CONDITIONS Base Salary: $1750.905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits. Commissions: Up to $169,000 for meeting performance indicators (KPIs). Additional Benefits: Monthly communication allowance of $50,000 (or corporate device). Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8-hour rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM).
