




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and optimize procurement and supply management, strategically negotiate with suppliers, and develop products to ensure competitiveness. Market trend analysis and portfolio strategy Our partner company is currently seeking professionals in procurement, international trade, and/or administration, with advanced English proficiency and at least five (5) years of experience—preferably in the retail sector, home goods distribution—holding positions such as Procurement Leader. · Mission: Lead and optimize procurement and supply management through strategic supplier negotiation, inventory control, and product development, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and achievement of the organization’s commercial objectives. · Responsibilities: Establish and manage operational and administrative processes within the procurement department to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, discounts, and terms with suppliers, fostering strategic and profitable medium- to long-term relationships. Ensure product supply and inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and optimizing service levels in coordination with logistics and sales teams. Analyze market trends and define portfolio, pricing, and product development strategies aligned with customer needs and organizational strategy. Oversee the product lifecycle and coordinate development from conception through to commercialization. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement practices, processes, and policies to optimize operations and profitability. Support the sales team in negotiations and sales strategies through efficient supplier and portfolio management. Monitor inventory, margin, quality, and competitiveness indicators to contribute to the organization’s financial stability and growth. · Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel.
