Job Summary: Agricultural sector professional responsible for ensuring the supply of Hass avocados through producer support and quality inspection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompaniment of Hass avocado producers. 2. Ensuring product quality and traceability. 3. Opportunity for professional development in the agricultural sector. Ensure the supply of Hass avocados by supporting producers in the assigned region and maintaining assertive communication to achieve expected results. Education and Experience Technical or university degree in agricultural fields, with at least one year of experience and knowledge in the Hass avocado supply chain. Responsibilities: * Plan and execute activities to meet assigned volume targets. * Conduct field visits to support producers. * Perform dry matter testing and visual inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Collect samples and send them to the laboratory to guarantee farm release. * Identify and onboard new farms through field visits. * Support the supply department by providing accurate and timely information regarding shipments and fruit availability. * Participate in loading operations to ensure product traceability. * Request relevant documentation for administrative processes.
