We are looking for a Commercial Analyst with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation, who will support the company’s commercial management through information administration, proposal preparation, and assistance in bidding processes. Job Objective Ensure proper management, organization, and presentation of commercial, technical, legal, and administrative information required for the company’s participation in bidding processes and business opportunities, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines. Main Responsibilities Analyze and review information provided by clients to identify requirements, scopes, and conditions of various bidding processes. Manage the collection of documents and information required for preparing and submitting proposals. Organize and consolidate documentation necessary for submitting proposals in physical and digital formats. Register, update, and maintain corporate information on client, supplier, and contracting entity platforms. Administer, control, and keep institutional information—supplied by various company departments—up to date. Promptly respond to information requests from clients and external entities. Support various organizational departments by managing, updating, and providing information related to commercial, legal, technical, and administrative processes. Track schedules, closing dates, and requirements associated with commercial and bidding processes. Knowledge in 1. Commercial Data Analysis: Ability to interpret sales figures, key performance indicators, trends, and customer behavior to support decision-making. 2. CRM Systems: Proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or proprietary systems for recording customers, opportunities, and follow-ups. 3. Intermediate–Advanced Excel: Use of pivot tables, filters, charts, formulas, comparative analysis, and database consolidation. 4.
