This role is critical to ensuring effective implementation of collection and customer service policies, meeting the recovery and productivity indicators established by our organization. Job Responsibilities: - Manage assigned customers telephonically and digitally to ensure accounts receivable recovery. - Ensure implementation of collection, attention, and customer service policies. - Implement company-defined protocols during the collection process. - Efficiently utilize assigned technological tools and applications. - Meet productivity indicators through an effective number of daily interactions. - Profile: Must hold a certified high school diploma and have at least 6 months of experience in administrative accounts receivable collection and/or customer service.
