Main Responsibilities Act as an external partner visiting businesses and building trust-based relationships. Promote microcredit solutions that foster business development. Requirements Education: Technical, technological, undergraduate student from the 4th semester onward, or a fully qualified professional. Experience: Minimum 1 year in microfinance or the financial sector. Benefits and Conditions Salary: Between $1,750,905 and $4,115,425, depending on experience. 100% performance-based commissions. Transportation allowance + extra-legal mobility bonus. Indefinite-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Career development plan within the company for professional growth.
