Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate for an Appian Development Talent Pipeline role, focused on intensive training, process building, functional testing, and technical skill development for automation. What Are We Looking For?** **Appian Development Talent Pipeline** ### **2\. Your Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in an intensive Appian development training program. * Support the construction of processes in Appian, including business rules, expressions, basic interfaces, and forms. * Perform simple adjustments to existing components following technical guidelines. * Execute basic functional tests and validate acceptance criteria with team support. * Document developed components throughout the training process. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives). * Develop technical skills enabling progression toward an autonomous role in process automation. ### **3\. Academic Profile:** * Student in final semester or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ### **4\. Experience:** * No prior work experience required. * Basic knowledge of software development or structured programming. ### **5\. Required Technical Skills:** * Basic understanding of programming logic. * Interest in process automation and Appian (processes, interfaces, expressions). * Basic proficiency with tools such as Postman. * Knowledge of simple SQL queries. * Initial understanding of software development best practices. ### **6\. Desired Technical Skills:** * Familiarity with agile methodologies. ### **7\. Soft Skills:** * Strong willingness to learn and commitment to the training process. * Teamwork capability. * Attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. ### **8\. Languages:** * English level A2 minimum (B1\+ preferred).
