Your Purpose: As a Billing Assistant, your mission will be to ensure that all dispatched orders are invoiced completely and in accordance with established procedures, guaranteeing proper traceability of electronic invoices and their timely registration with the Colombian Tax Authority (DIAN). Your Key Responsibilities: - Issue invoices for orders processed and dispatched by authorized departments. - Validate billing issues such as blocked orders and inventory inconsistencies. - Verify the DIAN electronic invoicing link and report any system issues to IT. - Print invoices, delivery notes, and labeling tags for chain-channel customers. - Prepare billing reports requested by coordinators and department heads. - Invoice in compliance with internal policies, ensuring service-level agreement adherence. Join this challenge if you: - Hold a Technical or Technological degree in Administrative, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. - Have at least 1 year of experience in electronic invoicing processes, document control, and report generation. - Possess knowledge of electronic invoicing and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. - Are available to work rotating shifts. - Are organized, precise, and committed to quality in every task. - Stand out for your assertive communication, teamwork, and results orientation.
