Job Summary: This role focuses on equipment preparation and warranty management, ensuring contract compliance and the quality of computing equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality of computing equipment for customers and storage 2. Perform hardware diagnostics and document daily activities 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment **Job Mission** Prepare equipment and manage warranty procedures, as well as perform preventive maintenance, enabling compliance with the operational leasing contract and the sales commitment in commercialization. Minimum 1 year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Technical or technological degree in computer equipment repair and maintenance, or related field. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Guarantee the quality of computing equipment, both those to be stored in warehouse and those to be delivered to customers. 2\. Review daily the inventory assigned to each activity (workshop and warranty procedures \- workshop transit). 3\. Accurately document daily activities in the Helpdesk documentation system (tasks). 4\. Perform hardware diagnostics on laboratory-status equipment, identifying its repair path (warranty, misuse, wear).
