Responsibilities: * Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of training activities across LATAM. * Provide operational and logistical support for in-person, virtual, or hybrid training sessions across the region’s countries. * Coordinate operational aspects with local HR teams, internal trainers, and external training providers. * Manage registrations, attendance lists, training materials, and required supporting documentation. * Record, consolidate, and keep training information updated in regional systems and tools. * Maintain up-to-date LATAM-wide training and competency matrices, ensuring consistency across countries. * Track certificates, assessments, evidence, and documentation associated with training processes. * Monitor compliance with mandatory, regulatory, EHS, or corporate-standard-defined training. * Consolidate regional training indicators, such as coverage, training hours, attendance, and compliance rates. * Prepare periodic training reports. * Identify and escalate deviations, gaps, or non-compliance risks in regional training plans. * Support internal, external, or corporate audits and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of regional training processes. * Meet established KPIs for this role. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
