




Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to Facilities and Vehicle Fleet Management, ensuring the proper functioning of services, maintenance, and document control. Collaboration in organizing spaces and event logistics Provide operational and administrative support to the Facilities and Vehicle Fleet Management department, contributing to the proper functioning of general services, infrastructure maintenance, and documentary support for vehicle fleet control, ensuring regulatory compliance, order, safety, and process efficiency. **Responsibilities** Facilities Support * Assist in coordinating general services (cleaning, cafeteria, facility maintenance). * Support tracking of facility maintenance providers. * Assist in infrastructure inspections, reporting hazards and risks, as well as environmental aspects and impacts. * Update databases related to assets, maintenance, and consumptions. * Support planning of physical or asset security activities. * Support procurement of supplies, stationery, and office materials. * Collaborate in organizing spaces, internal relocations, and event logistics. Vehicle Fleet Management Support * Support fuel, mileage, and consumption control. * Support general information management for vehicle fleet operations. Administrative and Reporting Activities * Maintain organized and up-to-date information in the MS 365 environment (Excel, Copilot, SharePoint, Lists, or others). * Support internal requests via SeNegocia and/or corporate email. * Prepare basic indicator reports (maintenance, consumptions, activity progress). * Support audit or documentary evaluation activities. * Participate in follow-up meetings and prepare simple minutes. **Requirements** * Technical or technological training from SENA or accredited technical institutes, preferably in Administrative Assistant, Business Management, or related fields. (Available for productive stage) * Intermediate proficiency in MS 365 environment (Excel, Copilot, Lists) required. * Basic English proficiency. * Service-oriented attitude.
