




**PURPOSE** ------------- Coordinate the execution of the manufacturing process on the production line(s) under your responsibility to ensure product availability according to the defined plan and overall operational efficiency, through the implementation of continuous improvement tools to produce competitive, high-quality products. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Execute the defined production plans and programs to ensure timely delivery of products from the various production lines. * Coordinate and optimize available resources in the process to achieve overall operational efficiency and meet the production schedule. * Lead activities required for implementing the Operational Excellence program within the process. * Analyze performance indicators of the production lines to enable continuous process improvement. * Execute operational actions to manage production line constraints and achieve overall operational efficiency. * Participate in projects related to the production line(s) under your responsibility to ensure overall operational efficiency. * Execute actions defined in various programs, processes, and management systems applicable to your production line(s). * Lead and develop the assigned team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and applicable legislation for the process, promoting a safe working environment. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of production processes, preferably in the food industry. * Knowledge of management indicators. * Knowledge of and proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies. * Effective leadership skills to develop and direct teams. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Ability to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve operational problems. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines. * Adaptability to changes in production processes. * Ability to implement corrective actions to achieve objectives and focus on results. * Willingness to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** --------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience leading production processes, preferably in food companies. * Experience leading work teams. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
