Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in selection, hiring, and organizational development processes. Proficiency in recruitment and human resource management processes. Main Responsibilities Manage personnel selection and hiring processes. Post job vacancies and screen resumes. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding procedures. Manage hiring and onboarding documentation. Support well-being, training, and development programs. Monitor human talent processes.
