Responsibilities: Execute and control sales point operational processes in the Siesa ERP system, ensuring accurate recording of sales and inventory. Perform inventory tracking and validation, guaranteeing control and resolution of operational exceptions. Provide operational and administrative support to sales points related to the system and daily operations. Manage operational and accounting documentation, ensuring proper organization and upload of information onto digital platforms. Support physical audits and inventories at sales points, warehouses, and production centers, ensuring compliance with established controls. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative roles: Inventory Assistant. Experience in mass-consumption companies or food companies is desirable. Intermediate Excel proficiency.
