Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant to provide technical support, equipment maintenance, network management, and technological inventory control, with a focus on customer service. Network management and monitoring, and inventory control Enecon SAS is looking for a Systems Assistant, preferably a graduate in Systems Technology or related fields, with experience in technical support and maintenance of technological equipment. Requirements: Technical degree in Systems or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of in-person and remote technical support. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Basic knowledge of networking. Control and administration of technological inventories. Execution and follow-up of backup procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel nationwide if required. Main Responsibilities: Provide in-person and remote technical support to users. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. Support network management and monitoring. Maintain control of inventories of equipment and technological tools.
