Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Trainer to assess skill gaps, create customized training plans, train staff, develop training strategies, and develop virtual content. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting skill gap assessments to identify areas for improvement, designing and preparing customized training plans aligned with team needs, training new and existing staff, developing training strategies, creating content for virtual platforms, and executing training paths according to the client's schedule. · What do you need?
