We seek CRC Advisors with strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for providing telephone-based customer service, managing requests, and performing web page modifications using our proprietary CMS. Main Responsibilities Answer and manage customer calls with an emphasis on agile and effective problem resolution. Log and track requests to ensure a positive customer experience. Perform modifications, adjustments, and updates to websites using the Dayvo CMS. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Maintain consistent and clear communication with internal teams. Requirements Technical degree in administrative fields, communications, marketing, information systems, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (telephone or digital). Basic knowledge of CMS management or web tools. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude. Basic proficiency in office software. Key Competencies Customer orientation.
