We seek a professional with leadership ability, results orientation, information analysis skills, and experience coordinating logistics operations. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. * Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to established service levels. * Monitor and control last-mile operations. * Track management indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. * Coordinate the operational team to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Optimize logistics processes to ensure efficiency and profitability. * Manage operational exceptions and provide timely resolution to incidents. * Prepare operational management reports and analyses. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements * Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience coordinating logistics, distribution, transportation, or warehousing processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Knowledge and experience with last-mile systems, Promilla, Tracking, and Qlik. * Leadership, organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. * Excellent communication skills and commitment to achieving KPIs. Working Conditions * **Location:** Medellín. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. * **Salary:** $3\.200\.000 \+ statutory benefits. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract.
