This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in an international environment without leaving Medellín, while strengthening your English proficiency and professional skills. **Responsibilities** * Answer calls in English with professional, customer-oriented communication * Manage calendars and coordinate appointments * Provide administrative support to U.S. attorneys and medical providers * Handle emails and documentation * Ensure clear, effective, and timely communication **Requirements** * English level B2 or higher (conversational) * High school diploma (technical or university education is a plus) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Communication, organizational, and multitasking skills * Proactive attitude and service orientation No prior experience required.
