Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Construction Technologist or a professional in related fields with experience in construction site supervision, construction control reporting, and personnel management for new high-rise buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in new high-rise buildings with pile foundations. 2. Personnel management and preparation of construction control reports. 3. Knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * **Title:** Civil Construction Technologist, Technologist in fields related to architecture, or Construction Master Technologist. * **General Experience:** More than 1 year. * **Specific Experience:** Must have at least 1 year (maximum 2 employment certificates) serving as Construction Master in new high-rise buildings with pile foundations and structures of at least 6 stories in height, intended for public use (hospitals, schools, universities, security facilities, CAM, or similar). At least one of these employment certificates must be issued by public entities, preferably within the Medellín influence area. Experience in preparing construction control reports and managing personnel is required. * **Additional Education:** Knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
