If you are passionate about deploying AI models into production, building robust pipelines, and working with technology that impacts lives, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your purpose?** You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and traceability of the AI ecosystem, guaranteeing that models transition efficiently and controllably from experimentation to production. **What will you do?** Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models Structure repositories and versioning (code, data, and models) Deploy models into production environments Monitor performance (drift, metrics, stability) Manage infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud) Support the experimentation cycle alongside the AI team Mentor and guide junior profiles **What are we looking for?** Degree in Systems Engineering, Data Science, Electronics, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in similar roles Experience in: MLOps (MLflow, DVC, CI/CD) Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Python and ML libraries Advanced version control with Git **Desirable:** Experience in signal processing or healthcare Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, INVIMA) Experience monitoring models in production **What do we offer?** Work at a healthcare startup with real-world impact High-level technical challenges Culture of learning and building Space to propose ideas and build from scratch Location: Medellín If you’re interested—or know someone who is—apply now or share your profile with us! \#AI \#MLOps \#MachineLearning \#TechJobs \#Medellín \#Hiring \#SalvaHealth Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
