A prominent construction sector company requires the following for its workforce: Black Construction Worker **Education:** High School Graduate **Job Responsibilities:**\n- Support excavation, foundation, and site preparation activities.\n- Collaborate in assembling, transporting, and installing formwork and reinforcing steel.\n- Prepare concrete, mortar, and other construction material mixtures.\n- Transport, load, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site.\n- Assist in concrete pouring for slabs, columns, beams, and footings.\n- Perform cleaning and site preparation before, during, and after construction activities.\n- Carry out basic masonry tasks and assist with structural work.\n- Follow instructions provided by supervisors to carry out daily activities.\n- Properly use hand tools and small construction equipment.\n- Report unsafe conditions, damages, or incidents occurring on-site.\n- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas.\n- Read virtual or printed construction drawings **Required Skills:**\n• Ability to perform physical labor and operational tasks.\n• Basic proficiency in using hand tools for construction.\n• Willingness to learn construction processes.\n• Good practices of order and cleanliness on-site.\n• Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards.\n• Ability to work under varying environmental conditions. **General Experience Required:**\n3 years in residential and high-rise building construction.\n- Basic experience supporting excavation, mixing, and concrete pouring activities.\n- Experience handling and transporting construction materials.\n- Basic knowledge of black construction processes and use of small tools.\n- Participation in residential, commercial, or institutional construction projects.\n- Experience complying with basic safety standards and working on-site.
