Assistance in masonry, casting, and finishing A reputable company in the construction sector requires the following for its team: Construction Assistant: Education: High School Diploma Job Responsibilities: • Support various operational and construction activities on site as instructed by the foreman, site supervisor, or resident engineer. • Transport, load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. • Prepare concrete, mortar, and other required mixtures on site. • Perform cleaning, organizing, and preparation of work areas. • Assist in excavation, backfilling, demolition, and debris removal. • Supply materials and tools to operational staff during task execution. • Assist in basic masonry, casting, and finishing tasks when required. • Properly use hand tools and small construction equipment. • Comply with industrial safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). • Promptly report any unsafe conditions, damage, or incidents occurring on site. • Keep assigned materials and work areas organized. • Follow instructions from supervisors and support adherence to the project schedule. d. General Experience Required: 3 years in residential and high-rise building construction. f. Specific Experience Required for the Position: • Basic experience supporting construction and civil works processes. • Experience handling and transporting construction materials. • Basic knowledge of preparing mixtures and site cleaning. • Participation in excavation, demolition, or operational support activities on construction projects. **Special Requirements:** \- Availability to work on site and in construction environments. \- Physical fitness to perform labor-intensive tasks and handle loads. \- Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. \- Availability for relocation or changes in work front as required by the project. \- Availability to work overtime when required by the project. \- Ability to work at heights, if required, and possession of the corresponding certification. \- Commitment to safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
