




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative technician/technologist with experience in inventory control and logistics to efficiently manage the receipt, registration, administration, dispatch, and maintenance of materials and equipment on infrastructure construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Rigorous inventory control and warehouse management 2. Coordination of material receipt and dispatch 3. Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment **Education:** Technical/technological degree in administrative fields with certification in inventory control, administration, or logistics. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in controlling material inflows and outflows on infrastructure construction sites. **Primary Job Functions:** 1\. **Receipt of Products and Materials**: a. Receive products and materials entering the warehouse, verifying compliance with purchase orders and ensuring optimal condition. b. Conduct quality inspections on received products, reporting any defects or discrepancies to the supplier or relevant department. 2\. **Recording of Goods Receipts**: a. Record all goods receipts in the inventory system, updating quantities and details for each product. b. Ensure completeness and proper archiving of supporting documentation (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders). 3\. **Inventory Administration**: a. Enforce rigorous inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper organization. b. Conduct periodic physical inventories to verify alignment between recorded data and physical stock, identifying variances or deviations. c. Submit monthly reports on conducted periodic inventories. 4\. **Goods Dispatch and Return Management**: a. Prepare and coordinate goods dispatch, ensuring materials are delivered according to internal or external requests. b. Manage product returns, ensuring items are returned in appropriate condition and accompanied by required documentation. 5\. **Warehouse Maintenance**: a. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to applicable safety and hygiene standards. b. Supervise and coordinate proper material storage, ensuring space-optimizing practices and easy accessibility. 6\. **Custody, Condition, and Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment**: a. Guarantee custody and good condition of project-related machinery and equipment through regular inspections and preventive maintenance. b. Manage usage and allocation of machinery and equipment to respective users, ensuring compliance with safety and proper usage procedures. c. Coordinate periodic maintenance of equipment and machinery, notifying required repairs or replacements. 7\. Other duties inherent to the position. Proficiency in SINCO ERP is mandatory.
