Job Summary: Lead and supervise field exploration activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, safety, operational performance, and the accuracy of technical information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the execution of field exploration. 2. Ensure adherence to schedules and safety standards. 3. Maintain authority and oversee operational performance. **Field Exploration Coordinator** Lead and supervise field exploration execution through assertive leadership and efficient resource management, ensuring compliance with technical schedules, occupational health and safety, and equipment integrity. This position is directly responsible for preventing operational interruptions, maintaining authority over work crews, overseeing operational performance, controlling and distributing supplies, and ensuring the accuracy of technical information reported to headquarters. **Education and Knowledge** ● **Education Level:** Technician in Civil Works, Construction, Geotechnics, or related fields (with practical focus). ● **Digital Tools:** Basic Excel proficiency (data reporting, simple tables) and corporate communication tools (WhatsApp/Microsoft 365\). ● **Driving:** Valid driver's license. **Salary:** 3\.200\.000 Initial contract: two fixed-term periods of six months each; if performance is satisfactory, extension to one year and onward toward an indefinite-term contract. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional Saturday work is extremely rare but possible. Work Location: On-site employment
