




Job Advertisement **Packing Machine Operator** ---------------------- **About the Role** ------------------ Operate packing machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards; this includes recording and analyzing events using the tools and methodologies assigned by the company to support achievement of production targets and implementation of continuous improvement plans. **What You Will Do** ------------- * Operate packing machines adhering to safety measures, safety “Golden Rules”, and operational procedures. * Record machine guarding incidents, justifications for lost time, waste reporting forms, quality evidence, and unsafe conditions. * Verify and record product quality conditions through quality checks. Promptly and fully report maintenance-related issues such as malfunctions, unusual sounds, or abnormal operating conditions. * Promptly and fully report quality issues affecting both semi-finished products and raw materials (e.g., large rolls) as well as consumables (e.g., packaging materials). * Propose improvement actions aligned with safety, quality, and productivity objectives—and any other objectives defined by the company. * Perform tooling changes during format transitions. * Record and monitor production sequence. * Support manual stacking tasks per established procedures or OPLs (One Point Lessons). * Implement organizational policies and measures, as well as applicable regulations governing quality, occupational health and safety, supply chain security, and environmental protection—established by legislation, internal policies, industry standards, certifications, and recognized best practices. * Participate in developing OPLs, Root Cause Analyses (RCA), 90-Day Action Plans, AROs (Area Responsibility Owners), Risk Matrices, MSRA (Machine Safety Risk Assessment), and other initiatives as determined by the company. * Support machine shift handovers according to operational needs. Maintain cleanliness and lubrication of assigned equipment and common areas. * Carry out process-related tasks delegated by your immediate supervisor. Fulfill all functions or directives related to the role or area assigned by your immediate supervisor, in accordance with process and/or company requirements. * Ensure proper care and appropriate use of company assets. * Ensure proper care and appropriate use of company assets. **Who We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Technical diploma preferred, ideally in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** 1–3 years’ experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment. * Demonstrated experience operating complex machinery or production equipment, and understanding of operational processes. * Experience troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment. * Experience optimizing processes or contributing to improvements in workflow or production efficiency. * Experience with equipment safety protocols and maintenance procedures—including calibration, inspections, and cleaning. **What Our Company Offers You:** ----------------------------------- Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
