WAREHOUSE AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT

Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant to receive, store, inventory, and dispatch products, as well as perform deliveries and procurement of supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive warehouse and product logistics management. 2. Inventory management and reporting of discrepancies. 3. Agile and secure delivery and transportation of products to customers. We require a Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant with a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license for our importing and distribution company specializing in furniture and construction hardware, to perform the following duties: · Receive, count, and inspect the condition of products upon arrival at the company, reporting any discrepancies found. · Properly store company products and ensure their care and security. · Conduct periodic inventories across the company’s various locations and promptly report any discrepancies identified. · Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders according to company requirements. · Move, arrange, pack, load, and unload products and materials at company premises, transport vehicles, or other required locations. · Transport (by motorcycle or company vehicle) and deliver products to customers, as required, in an agile and secure manner. · Procure supplies required by the company and submit appropriate supporting documentation, complying with internal policies.
