Summary: We're hiring a proactive Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to support our sales and operations team, focusing on outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with US homeowners. We are a U.S.\-based company specializing in **remodeling, repair, and maintenance services**, and we are currently looking for a proactive **Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant** to support our sales and operations team. This role focuses primarily on **outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and follow\-ups with homeowners in the United States**. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable communicating with U.S.\-based clients. Main Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to homeowners in the United States to schedule service appointments. * Receive and manage inbound calls related to garage door services, estimates, and service requests. * Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for service, repair, and installation consultations. * Follow up with clients regarding estimates, approvals, payments, and scheduled services. * Qualify incoming leads and provide basic information about the company’s services. * Maintain accurate client records and updates in the CRM system. * Document call outcomes, notes, and next steps after each interaction. * Coordinate communication between clients and the internal operations team. * Provide general administrative and coordination support when required. Requirements * Previous experience in appointment setting, call center operations, sales support, or virtual assistance. * Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written) is required. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow\-ups. * Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. * Experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus. Condiciones del cargo * **Modalidad:** Contrato por prestación de servicios. * **Horario:** ***Lunes a viernes de 11:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m.*** * **Entrenamiento:** Capacitación inicial presencial en la oficina en Medellín. * **Modalidad posterior:** Una vez finalizado el entrenamiento, el trabajo se realizará de manera remota. * **Ambiente de trabajo:** Equipo dinámico con interacción directa con clientes en Estados Unidos y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.
