**General role/job objective** ---------------------------------- Fulfill the production and delivery plan while ensuring product quality through efficient use of resources within the framework of the sustainability policy, by contributing one’s work capacity to plant activities and supporting equipment reliability. **Role/job responsibilities** ----------------------------------- **General** * Change into appropriate work clothing and prepare required personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the activity to be performed (helmet, safety goggles, ear protection, respirator, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety harness, etc.). **Role/job responsibilities** ----------------------------------- * Keep the work area and tools organized and clean, and properly dispose of waste generated during work execution. * Participate in anomaly analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis (RCA), procedures, and technical standards. * Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) in clean condition and wear it correctly. * Attend the monthly performance review meeting. * Consult operation manuals, procedures, and work instructions. * Receive and hand over shift-related information to outgoing or incoming personnel. * Complete and submit the daily work report form to the supervisor. * Withdraw materials from the warehouse. * Preserve and perform equipment inspection procedures before, during, and after use to ensure equipment remains in good working condition. * Locate and prepare tools required for daily tasks. * Provide relevant information to maintenance staff performing work within the area. * Accompany inspectors during process measurements for the Quarry Process Operation. * Verify and clear material blockages in hoppers, conveyor belts, and discharge chutes. * Clean areas around dosing belts, transport belts, and material feed zones. * Verify that the material fed into dosing hoppers matches the correct stockpile. * Notify the immediate supervisor when feeding begins into main mill hoppers. * Maintain appropriate material levels in dosing hoppers and main mill hoppers. * Feed main mill hoppers via the apex tunnel belt. * Clear and clean main crusher and raw mill hoppers. * Conduct periodic calibration checks on dosing belts. * Inspect cooling systems and ensure normal water flow for equipment. * Remove metallic objects trapped by electromagnets in crushing and grinding circuits. * Measure vacuum levels in all sumps and filling levels in thickeners, record data in the logbook, and report to the immediate supervisor. * Execute paste transfer operations as directed by the supervisor. * Regulate paste feed to kilns per instructions from the Control Room. * Wash the main paste tank. * Drain mill traps. * Start and control the limestone washing system. * Operate valves for water management. * Store available limestone from the crushing yard into silos per supervisor instructions. * Inspect and clean primary air inlets of the separator. * Perform manual weighing of mill feed. * Coordinate pumping of thickener paste to secondary mills. * Clean partitions and diaphragms. * Sample raw materials for physical-chemical analyses and tests specified in the quality monitoring and measurement plan. * Sample and prepare material samples for analyses and tests not included in the quality monitoring and measurement plan. **Role/job responsibilities** ----------------------------------- **Quarry Process Equipment** * Verify operational status of crushing, grinding, and auxiliary equipment at shift start and throughout the shift. * Begin feeding into main hoppers according to the latest blend specified by the immediate supervisor. * Support equipment maintenance activities. * Continuously monitor dosing belts, conveyor belts, and hoppers, reporting any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Inspect equipment located in the apex tunnel and report anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Assist with calibrations performed on dosing belts and weigh feeders. * Visually inspect equipment lubrication systems. * Detect operational issues with mill shells and crusher casings (loose bolts, broken studs, material leakage). * Calibrate crushing equipment as needed. Clinker Process Operation * Coordinate area activities with the Control Room, Production Operator, and/or Production Professional. * Inspect equipment according to routine schedules. * Measure levels in silos, hoppers, sumps, and thickeners. * Sample clinker, perform litric weight measurement procedure, report results to the Control Room, and deliver samples to the laboratory. * Switch clinker transport lines as required by the Control Room. * Remove rejects (char) from coal mills serving kilns. * Empty auxiliary clinker hoppers. * Monitor hopper levels, request material supply from the Control Room, and supervise hopper filling operations. * Unblock machinery due to obstructions. * Clean fuel oil and ACPM burners. * Verify paste flow into kilns. * Remove dust from smoke chambers or dust silos. * Remove set clinker and oversized material from hopper grates. * Ensure smooth material flow in hoppers; unblock cyclones and ducts; take appropriate corrective actions. * Visually inspect preheater tower conditioning equipment, clinker coolers, clinker transport chains, coal transport chains, coal mills, clinkering yard, fans, kiln and cooler CCTV cameras. * Request initiation of coal supply to mill hoppers from the central control room and monitor operations. * Participate in calibration and verification of weigh belt scales. * Start kilns using auxiliary motors per supervisor instructions. * Initiate kiln preheating (prepare burner at preheating start-up and control ACPM flow and oil injection). * Verify external cooling location in the kiln firing zone with the Control Room when hot spots occur. **Role/job responsibilities** ----------------------------------- **Cement Process Operation** * Ensure smooth material flow in hoppers and proper feeder operation; clear obstructions if necessary. * Check levels in clinker, additive, and gypsum hoppers and clean their upper sections. * Perform required transfers to various cement storage silos. * Measure levels in different cement silos. * Clean partitions. * Take samples for circulating load analysis and axial grinding curve analysis. * Drain mill traps. * Support equipment maintenance activities. * Inspect and measure the grinding aid addition system (pump, hoses, calibrated measuring cylinder). * Interrupt material flow from hoppers to feeders and clean scales for maintenance activities. * Coordinate area activities with the Control Room and Production Professional. * Cool clinker with water in designated rooms.
