Job Summary: Responsible for the storage, dispatch, and control of materials and spare parts, managing inventory and updating systems for replenishment. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the storage and dispatch of materials and spare parts. 2. Controls inventory and maintains updated systems. 3. Generates consumption reports for inventory replenishment. **Purpose of the Position:** * To store, dispatch, and control the materials and spare parts held in consignment inventories at our client's facilities. **Specific Job Functions:** * Load, unload, and store materials and spare parts held in consignment inventories at our clients' and Sandvik's facilities. * Perform inventory control. * Maintain up-to-date physical and system locations for each item. * Ensure items are labeled with their identification code, description, unit of measure, and the delivery note number under which they were received. * Keep daily incoming and outgoing movements updated in the system. * Generate consumption reports for replenishment purposes and send them via fax or e\-mail to Sandvik offices, confirming receipt. * Monitor daily those items unavailable in inventory at the time of request—either fully or partially—and submit these reports weekly to Sandvik's office. For clients renting equipment from Sandvik and supplied with items from consignment warehouses, monitor according to the table titled “Equipment Rental Conditions”. * Enter information into the tool and spare parts control system for equipment. * Perform all other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements:** * Technical education with knowledge of logistics or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar activities. * Basic English proficiency. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management and associated activity risks. * Knowledge of Emergency Plans: First Aid, Evacuation, and Fire Control. * Basic environmental knowledge (waste management). * Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Knowledge of Safe Work Procedures
