One of our business lines focuses on intelligent measurement of energy consumption and generation, delivering all related data efficiently to our proprietary application and platform, and adding further value through analysis and processing. **Position Objective:** Ensure that the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in photovoltaic projects comply with approved designs, technical specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards—guaranteeing quality from the first execution, reducing rework, and promoting continuous improvement in construction processes. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that electrical installations in projects comply with designs, technical specifications, RETIE, and other applicable standards. * Inspect and validate the quality of materials, equipment, assemblies, tests, and technical documentation during project execution. * Manage field-identified non-conformities, ensuring effective implementation and closure of corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement through audits, technical training, process standardization, and lessons learned documentation. * Validate correct installation and configuration of inverters, reclosers, transformers, protection devices, meters, and communication equipment. * Identify cost and efficiency improvements for materials. * Monitor compliance with tests and electrical PPIS (Pre-Project Inspection Sheets) submitted by contractors. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control for electrical, photovoltaic, or electrical infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of and ability to apply RETIE, IEC standards, and NTC standards applicable to electrical installations. * Experience in electrical construction inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Willingness to travel nationally to project sites and perform fieldwork. **Desirable Requirements:** * Specialization in Power Electrical Systems, Renewable Energy, Quality Management, or Project Management. * Certification as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification is desirable). * Experience in solar photovoltaic projects (EPC, construction, QA/QC, or commissioning). * Knowledge of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), SAT (Site Acceptance Tests), commissioning tests, and equipment commissioning. * Experience conducting inspections with Grid Operators, investors, or third-party verifiers. * Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD. * Technical English proficiency for interpreting manuals, standards, and manufacturer documentation. * Certification or training in renewable energy or photovoltaic systems. * Experience in technical leadership, staff training, and contractor management. **Why Join Us?** * You will work with a diverse, young, and mission-driven team committed to making a meaningful global impact. * You will help define the future of our technology by proposing bold and creative ideas—which we will jointly evaluate and implement. * You will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a company rapidly evolving in this highly innovative market. * You will contribute to delivering clean energy and energy efficiency to people everywhere.
