Job Summary: Risk Analyst to monitor, analyze, and detect unusual or fraudulent behaviors in the iGaming industry. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor user transactions and unusual behaviors. 2. At Nueve11, we are seeking a Risk Analyst responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and detecting unusual, anomalous, or potentially fraudulent behaviors within iGaming operations. The selected candidate will evaluate transactional activity and user behavior to identify risks related to fraud, promotion abuse, multi-accounting, identity impersonation, atypical movements, and other patterns that may cause financial, operational, reputational, or regulatory losses. Key Responsibilities * Monitor transactions, deposits, withdrawals, adjustments, reversals, and unusual user behaviors. * Analyze gaming and betting patterns to identify anomalous activities, fraud, or potential abuses. * Detect cases of multi-accounting, identity impersonation, device matching, IP address matching, and related behaviors. * Evaluate potential cases of bonus, promotion, and commercial incentive abuse. * Review alerts generated by risk tools and determine their criticality level. * Collect, organize, and analyze evidence to support decisions on investigated cases. * Document each case with findings, hypotheses, evidence, decisions, actions, and closure. * Escalate critical cases or those requiring validation from other departments in a timely manner. * Support the creation, review, and optimization of detection rules, alerts, and thresholds. * Prepare reports on identified typologies, trends, alerts, avoided losses, and improvement opportunities. * Participate in the continuous improvement of fraud prevention and risk management processes. * Support internal requests, audits, and control processes related to operations. Requirements * Minimum two years of experience in risk areas within the iGaming industry. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in data analysis and database management. * Ability to interpret transactional information and identify behavioral patterns. * Analytical thinking, precision, attention to detail, sound judgment, ethics, and results orientation. * Ability to document findings and communicate conclusions clearly. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence and English is desirable.
