If you have the ability to transform chaos into something beautiful—clear, consistent screens and systems for users—you are the UI Designer we’d love to have on our team. **Be:** adaptable to change, passionate, critically thinking **Know:** Technical or Technologist in Graphic Design, or Professional in Advertising, with knowledge of Graphic Design, Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and proficiency in Figma / Jira. **Do:** * Define product UX/UI design guidelines. * Create interactive prototypes and usability tests. * Ensure visual consistency and a coherent user experience. * Collaborate with Product Owners to validate requirements. * Design user-centered interfaces. * Design wireframes, mockups, and navigable prototypes. * Validate accessibility (WCAG) in interfaces. * Maintain brand consistency across interfaces. * Identify user experience improvements. * Document style guides and visual patterns. **Note:** Portfolio and resume are mandatory. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or advertising agencies. **Salary:** $3\.000\.000 to $4\.000\.000, depending on experience and expertise. **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote). **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
