Summary: As a Senior Web Developer, you will lead the Client Team in building and enhancing the Platform web experience for millions of customers, collaborating closely to architect and implement sophisticated user experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Backend, and Design teams to architect, plan, and implement sophisticated user experiences for our web app across desktop and mobile browsers. Leveraging your expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, Redux, and SASS, you’ll ensure our UX is seamless, performant, and responsive across all screen sizes and platforms. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in Frontend development with ReactJS * Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 * Proven experience optimizing websites for performance and SEO * Understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility (WCAG), and SSR (Next.js is a plus) * Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones (Pacific Time) * Excellent communication and ownership mindset * Familiarity with RESTful APIs, testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines * English\- Upper\-Intermediate. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s web app, working closely with the Design, Product, and Backend teams. * Architect and implement efficient, scalable, and reusable front\-end components and systems. * Design and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive user acquisition and improve web visibility. * Spearhead code reviews, lead team ceremonies, and drive product discussions with a focus on technical excellence. * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Research, evaluate, and implement cutting\-edge front\-end technologies and best practices. * Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. **We offer:** * **Well\-being:** + 10 working days of Paid Day Off within an individual year. + Up to 15 working days of Unpaid days off within an individual year.**Professional Growth:** + Sombra University courses – enjoy a range of learning opportunities through Sombra University.
