




Job description: The Billing Specialist works independently and with the Billing team to handle and resolve clients' billing related issues. This individual is responsible for handling customer billing, creating and maintaining contracts, and performing analysis, etc. Skills and qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting role or equivalent education * Excellent attention to detail * Possess inquisitive attitude * Flexible and responsive to changing business needs * Reliable and able to work independently under the general direction of the management team * Proven ability to learn new software systems and processes * Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles * Strong interpersonal skills candidate will interact with all areas of the company, including the finance teams in the business units and sales leaders, among others Responsibilities: * Create and maintain customer contracts in ERP/CRM for new and existing customers * Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer billing * Research and resolve customer billing disputes * Analyze discrepancies between estimated and actual customer values * Perform various and frequent ad hoc analyses as requested by the management team * Able to work independently with minimal oversight Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
