Point Sales Support Executive

**Point Sales Support Executive** **About the role:** We are looking for professionals passionate about sales, with a proactive attitude and commitment to operational excellence. As a Point Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of commercial strategies at assigned sales points. Your work will contribute to achieving sales targets by supervising sales fundamentals, optimizing working capital, and implementing tactical actions that enhance customer experience and channel performance. **What you will do:** * Ensure compliance with the "Choca esos 5" model (Plan, greet, check sales fundamentals, opportunity management, and record findings) through supervision, training, and execution at assigned sales points. * Execute your assigned route in modern channels, ensuring frequency and coverage compliance. * Ensure proper brand visibility: price marking, POP displays, organization and cleanliness; identify and propose improvements to increase point-of-sale effectiveness. * Monitor and provide feedback on market and competitive developments using company-provided tools, aiming to detect opportunities and sales strategies that support target achievement. * Track the sales process using POS tools and dashboards (Tableau), monitor monthly POS budget, and propose actions to improve working capital. * Train and support operational staff and logistics partners to ensure smooth and measurable operations. * Define commercial action plans per sales point and conduct periodic follow-up on their execution and results. * Prepare management reports and analyses to facilitate decision-making within the sales team. **Who we are looking for:** * **Education**: Associate degree or bachelor's in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related fields. * **Experience**: 2 to 5 years in sales roles (junior sales representative, account executive, sales supervisor), preferably in fast-moving consumer goods or modern trade. * **Basic knowledge**: Knowledge of business mathematics, proficiency in office software, familiarity with the region **.** * **Skills**: Intermediate Excel skills, data and information analysis, experience with Power BI or Tableau (desirable).
